Sorry mate. But if you recall, everyone has copied Apple and its programs because of the innovative useful stuff. (mouse, GUI, microsoft's word and excel first real eased in GUI on Mac) So we need to work out why you get frustrated when so many don't.

I've been using itunes since it was released. I've used it for playing music, loading my iPods and more recently adding apps and books to the iPad. It works fine on my G5, MacMini, iPad and the works with the work PC at work with windows 7.

What exactly were you trying to do that took more time than you expected?

For example. I can upload a book to iBooks or BlueFire, Nook, kindle etc in about 20-30 seconds. Uploading a CD can take about 45 seconds to a minute or so per track.
