My wishlist is down to this:

Standard book formatting in reflowed PDFs.
A last-read widget (possibly as an add-on, so that the main app can still move to SD), maybe 2x2 with a cover image and progress bar, which will open your last read book. You could maybe offer a 4x1 widget with the last 3 or 4 read, too. I think you'll find it a big draw for tablet users.
