The reason I started this thread was to educate people that the new Kindle Touch 3G does not have 3G web-browsing, as the previous Kindle models did. That matters to some (especially those without wi-fi at home/work or while traveling). For others, being able to download Amazon books via 3G is enough and for them the new Kindle Touch 3G is a great option.
