Question for those with a KSO: When did the headphones offer go live? I'm looking at my KSO right now, and all I see are ads for the Kindle cloud service and ATT.

I tried contacting Amazon CS about the missing offer, but their reply basically told me that I wasn't looking hard enough for it.
