I was skiing in California and my sister heard one of the ski instructors speaking, and she asked if he was from Australia. He seemed quite taken aback as he informed her that he was from New Zealand. I remember laughing to myself at the time, because this was all lost on my sister who who has also been known to confuse Australia with Austria.
