Thanks for the quick response. I do have access to the html as it ends up in a temp folder. The image sizes are at largest 768x935 (output by PDFread). I could probably batch resize the whole lot down 1-2% and there would be no problem but I would like to find out the reason for the error. I will post one of the faulty png files now
