Have you checked how much space you actually have, from within CM7? The Size Agnostic SD method is the standard, and does the partitioning for you. If you used a different method, I would back up and start over. To format the card in Windows, you'll need SD Formatter. If that doesn't work, use a program like EASEUS Partition Manager to delete all partitions but /sdcard, and extend that one to take up the remaining space. Of course, you could also use EASEUS to extend that partition on your current install, if you want to stick with what you've got.
