Now I can connect to my phone's adhoc wifi without having to use ZT-Adhoc Switcher. The phone shows up in the normal wifi access point list. This makes it so much more convinient

BTW I'm rooted and running ermine 2.2. I most likely will not work on dingo.

Accordingly here's what it should do:

I've come across this awhile ago during my AdHoc investigation and didn't attempt it yet. Good job if it continues to pose no problems.

It was compiled purposefully for a froyo build, so it probably will not work for dingo. Doesn't mean there isn't a similar fix out there designed around dingo.

For those curious about what program he's trying to circumvent for adhoc connections, is posted about in this thread. ZT-Adhoc Switcher.
