What! You are joking - oh well, at least I know it isn't something that I can fix. Which shop did you get it from? Mine was from Westfield Downtown Auckland. They should pull them off the shelves then until it's fixed. Not a good start for kobo in New Zealand.

Did they give you any idea of when it would be fixed?
