I'm not talking about a THEFT here. I am saying, if you LOST your device, having amazon blacklist it so someone else can't enjoy seems a bit of sour grapes to me.

Sure, if sucks to lose something like that, I get that. I would also hope it was returned. Of course, this is coming from someone that paid $359 for his kindle not $79 or $99 that they cost today.
