When I try to validate my ePub, I get this error message:

Validate EPUB documents

empowered_10_1_11.epub is not valid or contains warnings!

WARNING: empowered_10_1_11.epub: item (iTunesMetadata.plist) exists in the zip file, but is not declared in the OPF file
Check finished with warnings or errors!

How do I fix this? Thanks.
