The steeping time I get this part but the temperature part, not really. It is the blackest of the blackest black tea
100°C (probably 96°C by the time I finished warming up the cup).
I put 1tsp, a bit heaped for 300ml. I have not played with this one. With all others 3min usually works the best for my palate. When I play with time I usually range from 2min to 4min.
