The statement was that the new Kindles hardware was better, I was just pointing out that such a blanket statement is unhelpful as the new Kindle (4, 2011, Non-Touch whatever we call it) is not necessarily "better" than the Kindle 3 (now Keyboard) in the hardware deparment (gaining in some areas, loosing in others) and that to present it as such was somewhat misleading, regardless of your definition of better or not.

Holistically there is obviously also software improvement considerations and other things as trivial as the Kindle 3/Keyboard including and AC Adaptor where the Kindle (4) does not.
