Please don't be offended and don't answer if there is any problem at all, but I am technically curious because I work out a lot. I assume you are female, and I wonder what you weigh. Also can you do push ups, hands directly under your shoulder sockets, and rise full arm extension, body straight, slowly, and touch the floor on each dip, and if so how many times?
Also data on pull ups and curls if you do them would be great.
So many women just don't have upper body strength. You are at least in the upper 5 percent I would guess without looking anything up.
