Yeah, I got some credit cards for my 60-70 dollars of rebates Comp USA owed me, from somebody to use but the dates on the cards were already out of date and you had to use them with other purchases. I just "dropped them in the dirt and moved on."
Probably they were worth something, but the bad taste in my mouth was too much.
You know, I used to tell my wife, at the time, (flavor of the month you know) that Comp USA was my favorite store besides the guns and hunting store (which I really didn't need anything from except ammo refreshment).
She would go shop at some stores in the Mall where Comp USA was after dropping me off and then later come back and dig me out. Those were good days. Then Circuit City dropped out. It is a desert out there now.
