Why on earth would you recommend and do tech support on a piece of hardware you haven't researched and have never used?

By the way, there are reasons for those "hundreds" of positive reviews. The Kindle works exceedingly well using the formats that are available for purchase in the Amazon Kindle store. My Kindle works A-OK.
