Hi all,

New to using Calibre. I have some textbooks in CHM format that I'd like to convert to EPUB to read through iBooks on my iPad. I know I can get a CHM reader on the iPad but I like the iBooks interface.

I put one of the CHM files into Calibre and hit convert on the default settings to EPUB. The original file was 29mb and the output file was only 41kb...
The EPUB did not have any info in it. When I put it into iTunes all the metadata is there (Calibre downloaded from Amazon) and the covert art etc. On my Mac when I view the EPUB the links show up and so does the cover page...but that's all. WHen I click on any of the TOC links nothing happens. It also says there are only 4 pages in the EPUB...its a physiology textbook, there are hundreds of pages.

Help please!!!
