I realize it's not that great, but the touch interface would definitely make it a lot easier to use. My main interest in having web access is for emergencies. I'd probably never use it, but peace of mind is worth more than anything. I believe the Touch will be limited because of all the evidence I've read. My guess is that it will be severely limited but still allow a handful of websites... enough to claim that you can web browse over 3G (to entice people) but not disclaiming that it is any website you'd like. If it were true, I'd definitely throw out the nice touch interface for unrestricted web browsing, but I would hate to buy a K3 only to find out that they were planning on gimping it to Touch restrictions... because in that scenario, I'd just go for the Touch wifi. I'm sure that if there were different restrictions per device, someone would probably figure out a way to spoof the ID so that Amazon believes you're on an older model though...
