I post this thread for me to ask if all toolbar icons on mobile phones can be also use commercially on Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7. I have my phone Samsung 3G, every time i drag some toolbar icons it keep on freezing. Please help me what to do, or i have to buy a new one?
