Gameboy screen
What's the type of screen used for 1st generation of gameboy?

I know it's a type of LCD, but it's more pixel than digital alarm clock. But there's no light.

I think it can be a type of screen for eReader, there's no light, and it's durable.

And am thinking about combining this type of screen for school use, in replace of text book, save money and be green. Anyhow, just feeling interested in sharing this idea.
