I'm not consumption oriented either... my favorite coupon so far was a 50% off groceries (which were already heavily discounted) and included a lot of natural and organic products among other things. I stocked up and saved over $200.00 with that one.
Groceries from Amazon? or are the discounts for non-Amazon properties too?

Are the deals generally available anyway? A lot of those discounts sound rather similar to all the general discounts amazon tends to have going on at various times (having purchased a few $1 ebooks myself).

Anyway I can't purchase many of said items from Amazon in my part of the world (with the ad model not being offered here), nor do I think it would be for me anyway. I can't say the prospect of sitting on the beach and pulling out my Kindle with an Ad on the front of it really appeals to me.
