For myself, no. I'm perfectly happy with my K3. However, I had already been considering getting one for my 14 year old son. After this week's announcement, I pre-ordered the $99 Touch for him. He's not sure how he'll feel about it, so I told him if he decides within 30 days that he doesn't like it, we'll return it for the keyboard model. The wifi only with ads is the same price for both of them. He plays word games on mine and wants a keyboard (whether virtual or physical) so the $79 model was out.

Now I just have to put up with sharing my Kindle with him until the day before Thanksgiving.
