Device: iPod Touch 5g, Kindle PW, iPad 3
Slightly larger screen (4 or 4.5) and the ability to get 3G on it like the iPad would be AWESOME! I rarely talk on a cell phone so I really can't justify the iPhone, but a $20 data plan just so I could check email, text, surf the web a bit and maybe even a rare Skype would make my iPod Touch exactly what I need!
