Thanks for the information! I've updated the compatiblity information on addons.mozilla.org. So, like last time EPUBReader should be reenabled if you restart Seamonkey. Perhaps it takes some more time until the new compatibility information is pushed to all mozilla servers.

No they don't give notice. The problem is the new short release cycle of Firefox/Seamonkey. Before it took months until a new version was released which could possibly break an add-on, so there was enough time to test everything. Now it takes only a few weeks. For this reason Firefox has established an automatic add-on compatility check and pushes compatiblity if no problem occurs. For Seamonkey nothing similar exists.
