Now, I'm from South America, not PR (lived there 10 years though) , so I know what you mean. I used to call my father, "papi". Again, no offense, it just sounded weird when I read it, giving the case my 1st is Spanish.

Your posting was perfectly fine and I'm sure we all called are fathers papi growing up. I just didn't want someone on the forum using the term improperly.
