Yes I did... I had been semi burned back with the WiFi. I took a tumble in the winter with it in my pocket and broke the screen. When I contacted Kobo I was told no coverage, so I bought a new one.
A few months later, I saw their unofficial policies had changed, got in touch again and this time was told they send me a box!
Net result was I ended up with a second working WiFi.
Net NET result was the Minister in my church got a WiFi Kobo from me.
So when the wife bought me a Touch I felt I SHOULD get the extended warranty.
