From what I can see, all models are available except the Fire and the Touch models.
I like the regular ereaders, so it's not too much skin off my nose about the Fire. But I do like the Touch screens.
If I recall correctly, the original Kindle didn't become available in Canada until Kindle 2 came out. But I could be wrong. We'll probably get it eventually.
