I agree. Not too happy with the lag in time it took to tell me (3 days after the delivery date quoted, 6 after shipping)... but telling me that there was a delay, when it will re-ship, and offering compensation works out in the end. I'm not in so much of a rush that I'll complain about a cheaper T1 that will still arrive by the time it would have had the 10/2 estimate been correct.
