that duration of the battery, I always take with a grain of salt, at least on the e-ink devices. Sometimes the battery of my Sony drains within 2 weeks (heavy reading) and sometimes it takes over a month (light reading).
Amazon have said: "A single charge lasts up to one month with wireless off based upon a half-hour of daily reading time"

That is 15 hours of reading.
