"Don't lie to us"? This is the standard moderator verbiage for when someone accidentally posts an affiliate link from slickdeals? That's... not cool.
I mean "Posting affiliate links in this thread is against the moderation policy for this forum" or something would do just as nicely without being aggressive and accusing someone of lying (and, implicitly, greed). I'm just really not okay with the tone being taken in this situation, and that makes me sad.
