No, I can't stand touch screens, the new silvery bezels are bound to be more distracting than the matte graphite ones on the K3, and the size reduction by dropping the keyboard isn't as much as one would expect.
Most importantly, the e-ink panel is exactly the same.
The page turn buttons are convenient. Hold on to the side and twiddle thumb, thats it. Now I'd need to move my thumb every turn.
The only improvement (IMO) is the aluminum back. The current rubbery one feels weird to hold when naked.
I'm glad I got the Kindle 3, and I'm holding on to it.
Besides, when I'm lying in bed with the Kindle propped on the lower part of my belly, my gut covers up just the keyboard portion, leaving the screen unobstructed. No keyboard = lower part of screen obstructed = unhappy (fat) customer
