I'm impressed by the new Kindle Fire, looks awesome and appears to work great, as long as your a dedicated Amazon user, esp. a Prime user (something I haven't brought myself to do yet as I don't buy often from them).

As for the e-readers...I honestly just feel they caught up to Nook Touch, but with one issue I see with their Touch version: no hardware buttons. I think swipes and taps will get really annoying after awhile if you're reading for long.

X-Ray looks awesome though, hopefully other people will do similar work....looking at you B&N.

I don't see much else for the e-readers in general, it comes down to who you like more on the book/format front.

In the end, I am psyched on the tablet!
