Same way they have been. Drop the prices as much as possible, and continue to leverage their retail store connectivity.
It's unlikely but I think they also really need to figure out how to make an alliance with Sony. While I doubt it would be a major selling point, if could come out with a Playstation Suite compatible Nook Color, it might help.
