I do like the physical buttons on my 505, and I especially like the thumb button on the bottom LEFT hand side, because I often read one-handed that way and like that I can turn the page without having to move my hand to the right side of the Reader.

I'm not sure how the amazon one works. I would love to have a touch screen that is configurable, so that I could designate just one out of place area (like the TOP left hand corner, for me) to turn back and the rest of the screen to turn forward.
