Yes, and it doesn't have to start out mean--something like, "hey Donna, I'm glad you liked the Pocketbook I LOANED you. I'm sure you've just lost my address so I sent it to you again at the email we were using while you reviewed MY Pocketbook." Then ramp it up from there.
