Hamlet: I've reread the first few pages of "Moby Dick" in the last couple of years, was thoroughly impressed (bad high school memories obscured the writing) and keep intending to pick it back up. Cooper didn't do much for me. Hawthorne I've read some of, will have to go back and read more. Read a lot of Poe but it was years ago. I've read more Alcott than I can list. I shall have to assay the Russians once again, I suppose.
