I've been using this for over a year. I like the Navy better because I can log directly into my Overdrive account. With the Army, I have to log into the main database, answer security questions, jump through hoops of fire, etc.

The Navy literally had no waiting lists for any of their books, and it was nice to being able to download whatever I wanted at any time. I guess the party had to end sometime.
