It looks like they've locked them down pretty thoroughly (nothing I know to try works, anyway), but that's in keeping with their site usage policy, so I guess it's unsurprising.  |
I downloaded
http://www.horrormasters.com/Text/a0976.pdf and opened it in the standard Linux program xpdf (maybe available for Windows) and printed to file and got a poscscript file. I assume that the postscript file is printable.
The standard method is to convert to postscript.
