Hey boswd, I actually went to Best Buy and Staples and while both have a Nook they are running in some kind of demo mode and you can't actually try it out. If I go to B&N can I actually use it or is similar with a demo mode that you can't get out of?

I agree with you with on form factor -- right away when I saw and held both Kindle 3 and Nook Touch difference is obvious, that's when I ruled out Kindle 3 in my search for an e-Ink device.
