I just roasted up 1/3 lb. of Yemen Mokha Sharasi coffee, similar to Ethiopian cultivars with a lot of sweetness and fruit overtones. With the current political upheaval in Yemen, this may be the last coffee I'm able to obtain from that region for quite a while if exports are interrupted.
