I don't know if this has been asked before, but:

Kindle books download from Amazon in 2-3 separate files. I have transferred all 2-3 to Calibre, which results in duplicate titles.

I assume I need to keep all files if I want to read a book again on the Kindle, but can I eliminate duplicate listings in Calibre?
