If I post right now, it's almost midnight on September 25th. But if someone in New York posts it's 10 am on September 24. Hence they post last.
I think I'll start another thread on who post's first and I will win.
This is why the posting time used to determine the winner should be universal time, which is the same everywhere in the world.
