Help with Adobe Digital Editions

I just did a factory reset to fix the "Network Error" problem on my Kobo Touch, and now it will not allow me to authorize it with Adobe Digital Editions, because it says "too many authorizations." This is the same Kobo Touch that was already authorized, so I'm a bit confused.

Here are all the devices that are authorized for my account:
- my computer, obviously
- my Kobo Touch
- my iPod touch
- my old Kobo Wifi, which I gave to my mom. We share the same library card and thus the same ADE account.

Is 5 the limit? Does it see my Kobo Touch as being two separate devices since I had to do a factory reset? Is there any way to deauthorize devices like on iTunes or what? I cannot find anything in the help sections.

Thanks.
