Good to know! I'd like to get hooked up with CLEVNET, but I never (well rarely) get far enough north. For now, I have to settle for the SEO Library Consortium and the Ohio Ebook Project. I wouldn't want to rely on them solely, but they're a nice addition to my sources for reading material. And my local Library doesn't require annual renewals that I know of.
