well they open when i try to convert, they should open but for some reason it seems as though they want to overwrite words normal template, this is the point at which it fails as that template is in use. i have no clue why it would be trying to over write the master templates but it is. also its not doing it for all files just some.
ive taken those files, resaved them, cut and moved them, wiped the properties yet it still does it for them. i feel like tearing my hear out.
