Definitely. My 3 main libraries allow me to check out 20, 25, 30 titles at a time with a lending period of 21 days each. I can have 10, 20, 25 titles on hold. Once notified, I have 4, 5, 7 days to check them out.

Quite generous and probably due to the fairly large selection they offer.
