Thank you everybody!

I think I found a solution to this problem on my own. I used the Mobipocket Creator, and it worked fine!
I installed the full version (not the Home Edition), and I had the ability to convert "ordinary" PDF files to e-books.

After the converting process ends, you should get a .pcr file, and this one can be read by KINDLE 3.
