There isn't a solution to this. This is the problem with e-ink and PDF. You can switch your screen to be horizontal instead of vertical in orientation, but it's still going to be pretty small for comfortable reading. It's sort of usable when put in horizontal, but not that good. A Kindle 3 DX with the bigger screen and put in horizontal might work better for you, but PDF really is just clumsy on smaller screen devices.
