Thanks, grizedale. I wasn't sure if KSO is offered in Europe.

I don't have wifi where I am right now and updates aren't delivered via 3G, so I'll go to a public wifi hotspot and see if the 3.3 update appears on my Kindle. That's what I did for the 3.1 update.

Added: It's very odd that 3.1 (which is what I have) is still shown as the latest version at Amazon. That's why I wondered if this was for special-offers models only.
