I wonder if it would be harder to create a Klausner persona, if you gave bad reviews. Four and five star reviews are unlikely to make enemies even if they're stupid. But bad reviews might make enemies, and if you make enough enemies, eventually one of them will find an effective way to strike back. Whoever is the mastermind behind the Klausner persona perhaps gives only good reviews, because it allows the persona to continue operating without interference.

By this token, if you find an author who did receive a bad review from Klausner, I wonder if the Klausner puppetmaster has some connection to that author, where they know they won't be challenged?
